Harrison Pennicott's Shine Bright Gala

Harrison suffers from a rare auto immune disease called Scleroderma and along with Dyson Heppell, since 2018, the boys have teamed up to raise awareness and much needed money for research into the disease. 

Last year I painted this turtle, Harrison’s favourite animal, to be auctioned at his “Shine Bright Gala.”

We decided to name the artwork “Hero in a Half-shell” in recognition of Harrison’s bravery and the awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
